Returns & Exchanges

At MARCHON™ Global, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If your gear doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely back in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Process & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
